We want you to order with confidence. Because our products ship directly from MSI's distribution centers, returns follow MSI's return policy.

Return policy

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Only full, unopened, undamaged cartons in resalable condition can be returned.
• Returns are subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%.
• Special-order and discontinued items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Do not ship anything back until we send you return instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, short or incorrect, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Do not install material you believe is damaged or incorrect.

Before you install

Please inspect your material before installation. Installing material means you accept it, including its color, shade and finish.
